- Your book will be sent by first class or airmail post.
- Most books are sent within one or two working days of receiving the order.
- You can order your book safe in the knowledge that we offer a 30–day money–back guarantee in the unlikely event that you are not 100% happy with your book. The book must be undamaged and in a re–saleable condition (unless of course the book is found to be faulty). Should you wish to return your book, please package it carefully and enclose a covering note explaining the reason for return, your order number and, in the case of a faulty book, whether you would like a refund or a replacement book.
